Rules

• The room will have to be payed cash the day of the arrival.
• We do not accept any credit cards.
• The day of the departure, you have to leave the room before 11 AM.
• The room will be cleaned every morning from 10,30 to 12,30 and not beyond.
• No kind of animals allowed.
• At the arrival the room will be available at 11.30 am.
• The linen (sheet and towels) is changed every 3 days of permanence.
• Smoking is not allowed.

• Transport from and to the airport.
• Reservation of tours and guided visits in Rome and close cities.
• Garage nearby.
• Conventioned restaurants.
